Our latest star in the assortment, Goldentaler impresses with its delicate nutty flavor and a fat content of 45% FDM. Creamy to bite, it reveals a mildly nutty taste profile that melts in the mouth. Available as a compact 10 kg block, we also offer custom formats – whether sliced, in mini-blocks, finely grated, or diced – tailored to your palate.
Ballycashel – pale yellow delight from pure irish pasture milk
Ballycashel presents itself in a soft yellow cloak and seduces with its creamymild character. Made from pure Irish pasture milk and completely additive-free, it reaches its full flavor after careful maturation of at least two months at 50% FDM. Its slices, mini-blocks, grated, or diced, bellycashel seamlessly intergrates into any cheese board.
