Unlike its reddish counterpart, it avoids coloring, showcasing its natural color. Each bite promises a gentle, melting pleasure that emphasizes the true character of Cheddar.

With its restrained spice and a minimum fat content of 48 % FDM, our white Cheddar offers a subtle taste experience. Available in the classic 20 kg block version, we adapt the format – whether grated, diced, sliced, or smaller blocks – all according to your wishes.

Reduced-fat Cheddar – Light Temptation

The reduced-fat Cheddar offers the full taste experience with a conscious focus on lightness. With a minimum fat content of 39 % FDM, it combines intense enjoyment with a more conscious dietary choice, without compromising on flavor. Available in a 20 kg block and, upon customer request, grated, diced, sliced, or in chunks.
